Need a query to get latest activation Date for Supplier Site so we need to restrict a custom report

Hi Team,

We built a custom report for Supplier and supplier site info and we got a requirement that we need to restrict the supplier sites which got recently activated in last 90 days. We are searching for the logic to get the date when the supplier site got activated. Please let us know if you have any idea to tackle this request.
