While creating the receipt from Receive expected shipment task, quantity to be received is showing zero.

When we ran the Manage Receiving Transactions scheduled process it ended in error with log message as -

An error occurred for the transaction line 300003079173254.

You must enter 100XXX as the value for the RECEIPT_NUM column. The current value is 100XXX.
