OIC action reason for audit purposes

Description (Required):

In a production OIC environment, we should be able to optionally set a reason for our session (for example, an incident or change request number) that would be included in the audit record for any actions we perform.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

This would make it much easier to trace actions like configuration changes, schedule changes, aborting of instances, etc. back to a service desk ticket for an explanation of what was being done and why. In some cases, this is needed to show approval was granted for the action taken.
