How to add manager’s manager in OTBI

Working on a requirement to setup a report for any managers with incomplete performance documents. Eventually this will be sent as an alert to the manager and the 2nd level manager. I was having trouble second level manager in the report and agent. Any suggestions are highly appreciated! Thank you all.
