Process Application Approve Activity is not working for Reassign to Multiple Users for Approval

Summary:

The reassign is working fine if we reassign to single its sending the notification to user in task. But when we to try to reassign the same to multiple user it's not sending the notification to the user in task. Attached is the document with reproduction steps.
As the task goes in the 'Team Task' it still remains unassigned and user has to claim has to claim it and once it is claimed by any of the user the task disappears from other user even though in policy we have mentioned All Assignees in parallel. So can you please help us how we can achieve the parallel approval after reassignment.
