How to automatically create the substitution relationship between Style Item and SKUs ?

Hello everyone,
we would like the system to automatically create the reciprocal substitution relationship between the Style Item and its SKUs.
When we create the SKUs, the "related items" section of the Style Item comes up empty.
How can we achieve this? Is it possible?
