We would like to create a new measure (includes time dimension) that references the Bookings Forecast Generate Forecast.

Examples:

1. New measure to calculate the Moving_Total(Final Bookings History,12) but only for those combinations(item,org,cust site) that the Bookings Forecast Generate Forecast is not equal to 3 and the Bookings Forecastings Levels is not NULL.
