Can OGL Smart tips Identify any of the listed points below as an activation condition for when they pop up on screen in Oracle
1. When a specific app error message comes up on the page
2. When a specific LOV value is selected or the default LOV changed
3. When a specific checkbox value is selected
4. On the SS Procurement page, and I search by description, and a specific item# pops up on the screen as part of the search results
