How do I get a form to show member name in all rows

Summary: Building a ePBCS form that has three dimensions on the right side. When previewing the form, the first dimension does not show in every row. It only shows in the first row. If the member name is the same for the first dimension in Row 1 and 2, it only shows in row 1. How do i get it to show in all rows?
