Quick actions in newsreel format

Summary:

I am trying to update the Quick Actions on the left side of each panel. Can someone tell me if there is a limit to the number of Quick actions per group/category? I'd love to be able to add 5 but in the sandboxes I've tried, I think I'm only seeing two which is standard. This would save users even more clicks.
