Inventory organization time zone change

I need a way to show that a change to the inventory organization time zone parameter impacted something within Oracle

We have a set of Central time zone organizations that were set up in Inventory Management as Eastern Time zone. In order to process the change management documentation I need something within the system that shows that I moved the organization from CST to EST, in the form of a transaction or something that would serve as a test.
