Is there a way to prevent QC process to happen without a QC location?

We are testing out the QC functionality, we receive an LPN with a receiving screen with the Mark LPN QC and prompt for QC location on, but we close the transaction without entering a QC location. OWMS allows to QC process without location.

We are testing out the QC functionality, we receive an LPN with a receiving screen with the Mark LPN QC and prompt for QC location on, but we close the transaction without entering a QC location. The system puts the lpn in Quality check status without location, then we go an continue with the QC process, approve the lpn and the system allows it and changes the lpn to received location. Shouldn't QC process only occur when the lpn is in a QC location, is there a way to make this mandatory? Also, is there a way to make a
