Essbase21 - unable to open outline in web interface

I am trying to edit the Essbase outline in the web interface. When I open the cube and click "Outline", another Applications window opens. I tried stopping and restarting the application but this did not solve the issue. I was able to edit the outline earlier today. Does anyone have an idea how I can resolve this issue so I can edit the Essbase outline in the web interface?
