Delete OR Change ownership for multiple Workspaces

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

In dev and test environments it is common to create multiple workspaces and many of these workspaces become redundant overtime. There is no checkbox by the workspace, in Manage Workspace, to select multiple workspaces or "Select All" check box to allow select all workspaces for deletion or changing ownership.

Hence, if a customer has 50 workspaces out of which 30 or 40 were redundant… then it would require them to delete each workspace one by one… consuming a lot of time and effort. Same applies to change ownership option also.
