REST API /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/itemSuppliesAndDemands is not returning any results.

Summary:

Supply Chain Execution -> Inventory -> Review Item Supply and Demand -> Provide Item Number and search ->
Item Number: 04466YZZD5
There are records returned from search from UI which shows the Demand quantity and Available quantity.

Where as the REST API does not return any resuts for the same criteria :
