assignment status showing as Active in Employment Information, but Inactive in the Security Console

The contractor's account status is showing as Active in both the Responsive UI (Employee Information) and the Classic UI (Person Management). However, in the Security Console, the account appears as Inactive. Could you please help us understand why there's a mismatch
