How can we make nettable sub-inventory onhand not included during Material availabilty calculations?

we tried a POC with below steps:

• A new nettable materials status XXXNoPksExlXXMtAvl was created and all the 5 WIP transactions were moved to Disallowed side of the status.
• XXXNoPksExlXXMtAvl status was assigned to ‘STRG TRLR1’ Sub-inventory.
• Additional on-hand for an Item was added to sub-inventory (STRG TRLR1) which is ‘Nettable’.
• Calculate Material Availability was run for the WO Item.
• It was observed that stock in sub-inventory (STRG TRLR1) was included in Material Availability UI for the Item
