BI Report in payroll flow

Summary:

I’m trying to add a BI report in a payroll flow. I’ve done everything, and when I run the flow, the payroll gets calculated successfully. But when it reaches the "Run BI Publisher Report" task, it stays in "In Progress" status and never completes. How can this process be completed successfully?
