Classic HR Help Desk Migration Resources

You may view the official deprecation announcement on Oracle Help Desk Cloud 25B What's New. Classic HR Help Desk is no longer supported for new implementations of HR Help Desk. Those currently using Classic HR Help Desk in production may continue to do so through 26D (this is a change from what has been announced in the past). Only security fixes will be done for the Classic product during this transition period, and no feature enhancements will be added.

All organizations must be migrated to HR Help Desk in the Redwood experience prior to their 27A update. Starting in 27A, the Classic HR Help Desk will be unavailable, and Help Desk in the Redwood Experience will be the only option. This gives a full year for organizations to migrate to the Redwood Experience for HR Help Desk. Note that other Fusion products or HCM modules may have different Redwood Migration schedules, and this deprecation announcement is only applicable for Classic HR Help Desk.
