need to set approval Rules based on Manual adjustment amount

Hi,

I need to set approval Rules based on Manual adjustment amount regardless the type of the Adjustment

if order is on 1000$ and discount is 20% - the adjustment amount 200$ - need to base rule on the 200$

Same is the Adjustment was discount amount of 200$

Any idea?
