Exception for Transfer Order demand Deviation

We have a requirement to create an exception when Transfer order demand deviation from previous week is more than 20%

Business wants to receive a notification when Transfer order demand is changed due to changes in supply plan for source Org.

I have created a Transfer order demand Backup measure using expression - archive(Transfer Order Demand, 1, 'Version', 'Rolling') . When archive plan is run

Transfer order demand BKP is getting updated at week level .

But when i try to calculate Deviation [expression - Mad(Transfer Order Demand BKP, Transfer Order Demand)] between Transfer Order Demand or Transfer Order Demand BKP , calculation is coming incorrectly.
