Enforce Purchasing Lead time is defaulted as Yes in Plan inputs even though value is null from EBS

Summary:

Our source is EBS and planning is in cloud. While extracting item data from EBS, items CSV file has 'ENFORCE_PURCHASE_LT' set as Null. After loading the data into cloud and checking the plan inputs, Enforce Purchasing Lead time value is defaulted as Yes.

Please suggest if this is the expected functionality.
