custom planning performance suggestions

Hi,

We are on EPM Cloud planning – custom workforce module of employee level planning. (~12k employees).

Wanted your guidance on the design perspective, from performance perspective based on your valuable experience. i.e. Making the cube a PURE HYBRID cube? (i.e. making all sparse dimensions intermediate parents Dynamic calc) OR SEMI HYBRID Cube - leaving the employee dimension intermediate parents as “STORE”

Facts – In total 15 dimensions ( 3 Dense, 12 are Sparse) out of which 2 Sparse dimensions as you can see are having only 1 member each.
