Is there is an option to disable Full Day/Half Day option in VBCS

Summary:

While recording absence which has UOM in days, is it possible to disable to Full Day/Half Day Option. Client wants to records absence by entering total duration instead of days. Since Oracle does not have option to record absence with total duration, we have created absence with UOM as days and added new DFF Segment to capture total duration. However when employees are recording absence, they are confused with seeing Full day against the absence day. Is it possible to hide the Start Date Duration and End Date Duration fields for certain absences?
