Shipping Transaction Import FBDI- Unable to update tracking number, weight & serial numbers

Summary:

We have requirement to update waybill number, weight and serial numbers of shipment lines in existing shipping transaction. We tried by using Perform Shipping Transaction Import FBDI template. It is throwing an error when I tried to update existing shipment.

It is also throwing an error when I try to import new shipment line.
