Supply planning constraints and decision rules missing Optimization Parameters

Summary:

Navigate to Supply Plan→Constraints and Decision Rules tab→Scope tab →Select Advanced Options.

Observe that the 'Optimization Parameters" tab is missing in my environment. However, I can see that in Oracle's Demo environment.

Was wondering if I am missing some setup or does Oracle needs a separate license of promo code.

Oracle Settings:
1. Constraint Supply Plan

2. Configured Simulation Set, added bottleneck and critical resource

3. We are on 25A. so "

Plan Considering Manufacturing and Supplier Capacity Constraints as Inviolable Constraints

" is enabled by default.
