    Summary:

    In my flow, I have a notification action that I want to include an attachment. I believe I have attached the correct file reference to a variable and am attaching it correctly to the notification action, but every time I run my flow, I get the following error: 'Error occurred in fetching the attachment for Email' without further clarification or help.

    Oracle's documentation on Notification Actions (Add Actions to an Application Integration) states that "A file reference from a stage file write operation" are valid FileReferences for notification attachment. Does anyone know or see a reason why my FileReference is not attaching correctly to the Notification action?
