Out of the box accounts in fusion ERP 25A

Hello,

In Cloud ERP version 25A, how is everyone handling the "out of the box" user accounts. From what I can tell, you cannot view them from the front end security console, but we see them on the backend Identity Domain. My assumption is they are/were Oracle managed and used for updates and initial setup, but I'm trying to determine the best route going forward on how to handle them (inactivate them, keep them, etc).
