Redwood ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS and Compute Users ACL

Hello,
We ran below processes when we enabled Time & Labor and Payroll for Redwood in production, do we still need to run them again after we enable the profile options for Absences (as there is no specific parameter for absences) and Core HR (related ones were run earlier) module?
Please note " Compute Users ACL" is already scheduled in our Prod environment.
