Custom BOL and Commercial Invoice jobs part of the Ship Set are not generated

Summary:

We had to create Custom BOL, Custom Commercial Invoice, Custom Pack Slip and Two additional documents to be shipped during the Ship Confirm process. For this we have created a Custom Shipping Job set in the ESS setup. To this job set we have added the all the 3 Custom BOL, Commercial Invoice, Pack Slip
and the two additional custom reports as well. This is how our requirements are. We have to ship 5 and at times 6 different documents at ship confirm.
Somehow during the ship confirm the custom jobs get submitted but they do not run. Not sure if the Shipment number is not being passed properly. Please kindly let me know if any one had such "custom" requirements and if they were successful in generating these custom jobs.
