Oracle HCM cloud Part time employees work schedule

We are implementing Work schedule for Part time employees. Our work pattern is 8.5 hours from Monday to Thursday and 3.5 hours on Friday.

Here each employee is with different working days and we do not want to create separate work schedule for each employee. Can someone please help me as how we can create work schedule for these part time employees.
