Unable to make 'Format' field mandatory in Manage Shared Interview Schedules using page composer

Hello Community,

We have a requirement to make "Format" and "Web conference Link" fields mandatory under Location Details.

Since there are no rules for Create Shared Interview Schedule in the Transactional Design Studio, we are trying to achieve the requirement via Page Composer.

However, we can see the Mandatory star but users are able to bypass the mandatory fields just by clicking on continuer under Location Details.

Can this be fixed? Is there a way we can achieve client's requirement?
