The DFF's created in the Resources is not available in exported CSV Template to import data

Summary:

We have created approximately 12 DFFs in the Production Resources Object. However, these DFFs are not appearing in the exported CSV template for Production Resources, which only includes standard/seeded fields. How can we ensure that all fields, including the newly created DFFs, are available for mass data upload ?
