Round Up Rollover from Plan A to Plan B

Hello Everyone,

We have a specific requirement from a client to rollover balance from Plan A to Plan B but using rounding up.

Let's say an employee accrues 2.08 days per month. At the end of calendar year, employee balance will be 24.96, the aim is to carryover 25 days to Plan B.

However when trying to use Global Absence Rollover, we understood that the ROLLOVER acts as a limit rather than an amount to roll over from one plan to another.

Has anyone come across similar requirements?

Is it mandatory to round up the balance in Plan A itself to be able to achieve this functionality?
