how to avoid the production pipeline to automatically deploy in Production?

Summary:

Hello,

I need to deploy changes for the first time in the production environment. I have a Release Branch from main which is ready to be deploy in Production.I have create a Production Packaging Build Job and a Production Deployment Build Job attached to my release branch.

Then I have created my Production Pipeline.If I click on"Run my pipeline" will it automatically deploye my changes from the release branch to production?

How can I keep a manual control on the deployment in production?
