Custom Delivery Note Reports to be printed automatically

We have developed a customer delivery note report. we want that to be printed to the specific users printer as soon as the shipment is confirmed in oracle fusion.

The process starts at Transfer Order(either created through Min-Max Planning, PAR, Internal Requisition) which gets released through Schedule Pick Wave Program. Once the Program is completed. it creates a Open Picks for those transfer Order. Users perform a Confirm Picks transaction manually. Once this transaction is performed. there is one more program called as Confirm Shipments which is scheduled. this automatically creates the Ship Confirm transaction.

We want the Delivery Note which we developed to be printed as soon as this program is completed successfully. Is this something we can give to printer automatically through Custom ESS JOB right after the ship confirm process.
