Release order base by agent

Hi,

We're having trouble using the RELEASE ORDER BASE action from the agent.

In theory, it should do the same thing as the "Release Order Base" action available on the screen—that is, delete the planned release order and shipments and generate a new release order:

But it doesn't do any of those things. When the action is executed, nothing happens. Neither the shipment nor the order release are deleted, nor is a new order release generated, nor is any error generated.
Can you confirm us if this is an error in the action Or if this scenario simply doesn't work from the agent (only from the user action)?
