Hybrid time levels and Forecast Archival

Summary:

We have a requirement wherein we need weekly forecasting buckets with Forecast generation once every month (First Monday). So we will be generating forecast in weekly buckets every month. We would also like to use hybrid time levels wherein we will roll up weekly buckets into months.

In this scenario, how do we make use of Forecast Archival functionality ?

Which lags should we use ? is this monthly lags (Final Shipments Forecast 3 Months Ago) or we should create weekly lags as we have weekly buckets ( Final Shipments Forecast 3 Weeks Ago etc.) ?
