Charge account on PO change order is not getting update on attribute change in Oracle fusion

Summary:

Hi Team,
Business created a PO with attribute department value as 722.
We are deriving charge account based on attribute department and it happens for purchase order.

But when they create a change order and changed the department to another value, the charge account is not getting updated.

Please help us getting the charge account on change order based on attribute change.
