DM: FBDI load measure at Item-Org lvl and then disaggregate the same value to all levels down

REQUEST: Customer would like to load a value of 1 or 0 into a custom measure "ENT: Forecast Review" that will be used in a measure filter to exclude all item-organization combinations that equal to 1. Therefore, they provided a list of 1000 item-organization combinations to load with "ENT: Forecast Review" = 1. They are not providing the customer/customer site information in this file. They would like to load it at the item-organization level and for it to disaggregate down the same value =1 to the lower levels Item-Org-Cust-CustSite.
