Work Order Returns after shipments

Hello,

We encountered a scenario involving a lot-controlled batch that raises concerns around inventory integrity and potential double-booking.

A Work Order was completed in Organization A, resulting in the creation of output lot 1234P. During production, component XX (lot 5678C) was consumed. Upon completion, the entire batch was shipped downstream to Organization B.

Later, a production operator attempted to update the Work Order by changing the component used within the already completed lot. Instead of moving the completed lot back from Organization B to Organization A, the operator:

• Reopened the Work Order in Organization A (changing its status from Closed
