Category LOV not showing any value for traveler report

Name of Report : - Generate Extensible Work Order Traveler Report

When we try to run report Generate Extensible Work Order Traveler Report with below parameters in the Item Category field LOV nothing is coming up as per below screen shot, rest of all parameters we can populate.

Is there any set up or something missing so as list of values needs to be populated.

Also we checked there is already Item category are set up and assigned with the items.
