REST API to pull out the errors in Manage Billing Transaction Exceptions for Billing/Revenue Events

Summary:

We are creating Billing and Revenue events and we run the Generate Invoices and Generate Revenue Process. If something ends up in the error, it will end up in the screen Manage Billing Transaction Exceptions to look for errors. Is there any REST API to pull the error information based on event_id? Or we have only one option to query via BIP in PJB_ERRORS table and fnd_messages table?
