Redwood Timecard- Add comment not working for employee

Summary:

Redwood Timecard- Add comment not working for employee. It used to worked before recent patch update that deployed around 17 april. We didnt add any extra priviledge or anything. Suddently it stopped working. It is working with seeded employee role but when we create a copy of seeded employee its not working. Similarly when we try with custom employee role its not working but when we create copy of custom employee role its working. So we are not sure why this is behaving such a way.
