Why is the Show on Navigator option not editable for the Structure page?

Summary:

We’re trying to remove the Structure page from the Supplier's navigation by applying an EL Expression, but the Show on Navigator field is set to "Yes" and appears to be uneditable.

Do you know why this field can't be modified?
