Power user is not able to insert data at Year total in Smartview

Summary:

Power User is not able to submit data when opening a form in SmartView. The cells are yellow but on submitting the data and running the business rules attached to the form the cells go back to blank. The data is not visible in the form as well in the web version

Admin user is able to submit data at year total and it reflects in the form in web version as well.

Please help. TIA
