Triggering OIC integration via Oracle Planning using Groovy

I am trying to trigger an OIC job from Oracle Planning using groovy.

The connection is set up for OIC within planning.

I need to pass a start and end period along with year combination. (e.g. Jan-23/Dec-23). OIC will take these parameters and execute based on this info.

I ultimately want these two start and end parameters to be driven off substitution variables.

When hardcoding the period and year in the OIC URL within "connections" in oracle planning, at the end as "Jan-23/Dec-23…" the groovy rule I'm using works, but that's not a dynamic end product.
