Is OverPicking possible through Movement Request integration in Fusion?

Summary:

We are using the Movement Request Integration to send movement requests from Fusion to WMS. However, when we try to over confirm, it is not overpicking the quantity; it is only confirming the open requested quantity and sending the same to Fusion. At the Inventory org level, we checked the "Allow overpicking for special handling"settings for special cases, but we are still unable to over confirm.

Is there any way to enable overpicking?
