Absence plan balances are not transferring after global transfers.

Hi Team,

When an employee has been transferred using Global Transfer Action in My Client Groups, The balances from the previous plan (same name) did not transfer. system should automatically transfer balances from an absence plan to the same absence plan after a global transfer. We associated a plan category with the absence plan and have enabled the transfer options but it's not working.

we have chosen transfer to Same Plan or Same Category option and enabled Rollover positive balance and Retain Carryover Balance in absence plan.
