Sickness Qualification plan based on anniversary year

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement where we need to configure a sickness qualification plan based on anniversary year.

Now Anniversary plan term is not available for qualification plans which is why the payment terms , entitlement needs to be handled using FF.

So lets say an employee was hired on 01 Jan 2025.

He entitled to 30 days at 100% 15 days at 15% and remaining at 0%
He applies for Leave from 01 Nov 2025 to 10 Feb 2026. Now from 01 Nov 2025 to 31st Dec 2026 following will be the qualified entitlement:
01 Nov to 30 Nov 2025 at 100%
01 Oct to 15th Oct at 15%
16th Oct to 31st Dec 2025 at 0.
From 01 Jan 2026 his qualified entitlement will change again:
